We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Facilities Administrator to join our client''s team on a 6-month temp basis. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy office, providing vital support across a variety of facilities and administrative functions.The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and take pride in maintaining high workplace standards, with a strong focus on service delivery and health and safety.Key Responsibilities:Handle all incoming and outgoing postManage and monitor stationery suppliesAssist with meeting and event setups as neededMaintain tidiness and presentation of communal and meeting spacesReplenish general office suppliesCarry out routine office checks and report issues as necessarySupport the front of house in welcoming visitors when requiredProvide general administrative support to the Facilities teamLog and track building maintenance issues via the helpdesk systemRespond to ad hoc facilities and maintenance requestsWhat We Are Looking For:Previous experience in a facilities or admin support roleStrong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft OfficeA flexible, can-do attitude and a team-oriented approachKnowledge of Health and Safety procedures (e.g. DSE assessments, audits) is a plusAbility to work independently while collaborating with the wider Facilities teamWhy ..... full job details .....
