St Ives, Cambridgeshire | £12.71 per hour | Full Time | Temporary to Permanent

Start Date: September 2026 and beyond

Full time in the office, 8am – 17:30pm

These are ongoing temporary positions with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional, friendly and efficient service while handling a variety of enquiries.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound customer calls and emails.
• Assisting customers with delivery and account queries.
• Investigating customer issues and resolving escalated enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure the best possible outcome for customers.
• Updating and maintaining accurate customer records across multiple systems.
• Delivering an outstanding level of customer service at every interaction.

We''re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and can remain calm and organised while working in a busy environment.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience within a customer service is essential, ideally office based or call-centre, but we will consider hospitality and retail.
• An excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
• Confidence using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise workload and perform well under pressure.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Please note: Successful candidates must be available to attend a 2-week induction and training programme upon start date, no annual leave can be taken during this period
