As Miu Miu Stock Controller, you support the Stock Manager in all responsibilities related to warehouse management and in providing services to the Store. You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, comply with KPI’s, guidelines, and company procedures for product care. You are accountable for achieving individual and team targets, and you act as a proactive player to ensure the best service and respond to customer needs for both in-store and e-commerce channels. This is a fixed-term contract for a duration of three months, with the start date from October.Key Responsibilities

Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelinesDay-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing timing and efficiencyPrepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelinesPrepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring required service levelsPrepare the flow of damaged, not-sellable products (On Hold, Consignment, etc.), products under repairOrganize packaging and stationery physically and in IT systemsOrganize display objects systemParticipate in correct management of uniforms flowParticipate in correct management of gifts flowProtect and package products inside the store and for transfers, including e-commerce shipmentsEnsure company guidelines are followed in the event of theft, including communication and documentationSupport prompt investigation in the event of system negativesManage product flow and related documentation in the IT systemParticipate in organization and execution of physical and cycle inventories of finished products and accessories (packaging, stationery, engineering materials) respecting timingSupport warehouse activities related to salesEnsure security and cleanliness of the warehouseSupport Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing all available spaces in collaboration with Store Manager and Store Operations ManagerSupport Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborate with Visual Merchandising as neededMaintain contacts and relationships with providers usedKeep updates and organize archives on a monthly basisComply with KPI updates, guidelines and company procedures from the relevant Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or HeadquartersKnowledge and Skills
