Qualifications Proven experience in a senior web development role. Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and other relevant web development languages and framework. Experience with content management systems (CMS). Strong leadership and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and team management skills. Analytical mind set with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
What will you be doing?
As the Head of Web Development, you will lead a team of Web Developers in designing, implementing and maintaining the Grae Matta Foundation’s digital presence. You will ensure that it meets the needs of our community and effectively communicates our mission.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the web development team in designing and implementing a comprehensive web development strategy aligned with the foundation’s objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Ensure the website is compliant with accessibility standards and best practices.
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly.
Conduct regular site audits to ensure SEO best practices, content accuracy and overall site health.
Utilise analytics tools to track and report on website metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
