This includes order entry, documentation, customs compliance, and shipping coordination.The role acts as a key link between Sales and Operations, ensuring accurate information flow and enhancing the overall customer experience. The postholder will contribute to building a cohesive, high-performing operations function while delivering outstanding service to external customers.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Order Processing Manage day-to-day sales order processing for export customers.Ensure accurate order entry and maintenance within Dynamics 365.Represent the customer by ensuring accurate communication between Sales and Operations.Maintain precise delivery documentation compliant with regulatory requirements. Export and Logistics Coordination Oversee end-to-end export processes, including documentation and customs compliance.Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.Ensure customer delivery commitments are met in full and on time.Monitor and reduce order processing backlog.
