My client is a leading player in the procurement and supply chain sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Surrey. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer demandsPlan delivery schedules and liaise with transport providersMonitor and review transportation costs to optimize efficiencyMaintain accurate records of purchases, shipments, and loadings using Microsoft Business Central and ExcelTrack shipments and prepare necessary transportation documentationCommunicate effectively with internal departments across the companyWork closely with Account Managers to fulfill customer delivery requirementsProcess invoices and consignments using Microsoft Business CentralLiaise with suppliers and customers, resolving issues or complaints promptlyProvide general administrative support to the logistics team Job Requirements:Strong administrative skills, including accurate data entryPrevious experience in logistics or supply chain coordinationExperience with Microsoft Business Central is an advantageExcellent communication skills-both verbal and writtenStrong customer service and relationship management skillsPositive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitudeAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamExcellent attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
