About the Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the commercial management of cutting-edge Building and Energy Management Systems (BEMS) projects. Working onsite across Central London, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring efficiency, value, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Managing document control and quantity take-offs for budgeting, tendering, and cost planning. Supporting the estimating team and contributing to pre-contract activities. Procuring and managing subcontractors, including accounts, variations, and valuations. Conducting cost investigations and preparing financial reports. Identifying added value opportunities within measurement and contract conditions. Preparation and submission of contractual correspondence / notices in accordance with the prescribed conditions of contract to the client. Monitoring and reporting on project cash flow and financial performance.
