This includes managing day-to-day accounting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and partnering closely with the senior team to support commercial decision-making. You''ll build and refine processes, introduce best practice, and ensure the business has the financial clarity it needs to grow sustainably.
