The purpose of this role is to service and install packaging machinery for large scale customers across the globe. It requires a high level of expertise in installing, training, and servicing our equipment, while adhering to all customer safety policies. Excellent customer communication is essential, as you will be the primary point of contact on-site. You will also conduct equipment surveys and provide solutions to optimize performance. When not in the field, you will support the factory''s equipment manufacturing process.
