Role: Administrator
Location: Dudley
Working Hours: Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pm
Hourly Rate: £12.21ph
 
Pertemps are looking for a highly organised Administrator to join our client in Dudley. The successful candidate will play a vital support role across the business, ensuring accurate and timely administration updates across several key areas.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer orders, cancellations, and account amendments.
- Communicate professionally with customers via telephone and email.
- Provide support during the Commissioning process.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within in-house systems.
- Perform general administrative duties to support various departments.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as directed by management.
- Comply with all reasonable management requests as per business needs.
- Promote and adhere to company policies relating to health, safety, and welfare.
- Support best practices around data security, especially in relation to sensitive customer information.

 
Suitable candidates will have:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and both independently and within a team.
- Professional, diplomatic communication style.
