About Our NurseryGillingham, rated Good by Ofsted, is a purpose-built, single-level center with a capacity of 112 children, featuring 10 base rooms and separate garden areas tailored for each age group. We provide essential items such as nappies and wipes, ensuring convenience for families. Our nursery has strong ties with the local community and local authorities to support children’s development. Conveniently located within walking distance to bus stops and close to the motorway, we offer free onsite parking for staff. With a number of longstanding staff members, we are committed to providing a nurturing environment and a full-time fee rate for families.

What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children''s growth and learning.

Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children''s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

What We’re Looking For

Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.

Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.

Skills: Good communication, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
