This customer-facing role combines technical applications, relationship building and commercial development, giving you the opportunity to work with a wide range of industrial customers and progress projects from initial enquiry through to quotation and development.Technical Sales Engineer - The Role: Manage your own customer visit diary, travelling across the UK approximately three days per weekIdentify and develop opportunities within automation, machine building and industrial equipmentUnderstand customer applications, technical requirements and commercial needsRecommend suitable motion-control products and engineering solutionsQualify opportunities and proactively progress them through to quotation and project developmentPrepare quotations, lead-time estimates and customer follow-upsProvide technical support by phone, email, online meetings and customer visitsBuild relationships with engineers, machine builders, buyers and end usersWork with internal sales, marketing and technical teams to develop opportunitiesMaintain accurate customer records and report on project progressAttend ..... full job details .....
