Key Responsibilities: Handle full payroll processing for clients, making sure everything is accurate and runs smoothly. Make sure all payments follow current laws and regulations. Keep payroll records up to date and in line with company policies and legal requirements. Accurately process benefits, deductions, bonuses, and other pay changes. Quickly look into and fix any payroll issues. Respond to client payroll queries professionally and on time. Create and share clear payroll reports when needed. Work closely with clients to ensure salaries are paid correctly and on schedule. Track salary payments and taxes to ensure deadlines are met. Always protect employee data and maintain confidentiality. What We re Looking For: Proven experience in payroll or a similar role. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax rules, and compliance. High attention to detail and accuracy. Well-organised with clear and confident communication skills. Trusted to handle confidential information responsibly. Skilled in payroll software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
