The focus of this role is to execute, evaluate and optimise sales and inspirational e-mails across brands to improve customer retention. Responsibilities will include:Plan, create and deploy the email marketing schedule across all brands to an agreed framework (frequency and format)Develop and refine a suite of email templates to ensure efficiencyEnsure alignment of messaging within emails with the content calendar used across all communication channelsPeriodically assess the targeting of emails to maximise sales opportunities and minimise riskGenerate new campaign ideasTrack competitor activity to identify further opportunitiesDeploy testing framework across the email schedule for each brand, to assess the potential for alternative solutions to drive improved performanceCreate and maintain reports illustrating results for the email programme and identify opportunities to improve core metrics The successful candidate will have previous experience in email or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of email marketing ..... full job details .....
