Tech Talent Identified LtdAn exceptional opportunity to join a well-established contractor as a Retrofit Coordinator. You will be responsible for the management of the retrofit assessment and coordination process, including Survey Software Tool Development, Customer Journey, and Trustmark Compliance on both survey and technical solutions. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus, and benefits package.What will you deliver?

Full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation, handover, and monitoring, as defined in PAS processes.Manage the retrofit survey process, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance throughout.Work with sustainability teams in establishing the company as a partner of choice in energy efficiency retrofit solutions through SHDF, LAD, ECO, and other funding streams.Provide accurate and effective energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP, and provide guidance on solutions for meeting scheme criteria.Deliver against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.Manage the PAS2035 lodgement process on Trustmark in line with delivery programmes to allow timely funding drawdown.What can we offer you?
