This is not a clipboard safety role. This is a visible leadership position where you will influence culture, drive best practice and ensure safety excellence across both office and operational environments. You will work directly with senior directors at head office while also partnering closely with hands on operational managers on the shop floor, ensuring safety is embedded at every level of the organisation.
