Site Agent- M4 Bath Scheme
Location: Bath / M4 Corridor
Rate: Up to £500 per day LTD
Duration: Immediate start through to January
Shift Pattern: Days initially, moving to nights during Phase 2

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Agent / Site Manager to support the delivery of a major M4 scheme in the Bath area. This is a priority requirement for an experienced highways and civil engineering professional with a strong background in principal contractor delivery.
The successful candidate will have experience managing the delivery of highways works, including drainage and structures packages, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
The role will initially operate on day shifts, before moving onto night shifts as Phase 2 of the scheme gets underway.
 
Key Responsibilities
·Manage the safe and efficient delivery of highways and civil engineering works.
·Coordinate and manage drainage and structures packages.
·Lead site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
·Ensure works are delivered in accordance with programme, quality and health & safety requirements.
·Coordinate temporary works and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
·Liaise with the project management team, engineers, subcontractors and client representatives.
·Monitor progress against programme and identify potential risks or delays.
·Maintain high standards of site safety and environmental compliance.
·Support the successful delivery of a major infrastructure scheme through to completion.
 
Essential Experience
Candidates should have:
·Strong highways experience.
·A solid civil engineering background.
·Proven structures experience.
·Proven drainage experience.
·Previous experience working for a Principal Contractor.
·Experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) and/or Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS).
·Experience delivering projects valued at approximately £1m+.
·Experience working on major infrastructure or highways schemes.
·Availability to work days initially and transition to night shifts for Phase 2.
