Overview

FR Consultants, a specialist fire safety and façade-risk consultancy within the RSK Group, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor/Employers Agent on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a remote role offering the flexibility to work from home while staying actively involved in project delivery. Regular travel to clustered project sites within designated regions is required, with approximately two nights away from home per week - fully expensed.Responsibilities

Lead and manage cost planning, estimating, and budgeting for multiple projectsPrepare tender documentation and manage procurement processesMonitor and report on project costs, risks, and cash flowManage interim valuations, variations, and final accountsProvide contract advice and support contract administration (JCT/NEC)About You / Qualifications

MRICS qualified or equivalent experience (working toward MRICS also considered)Proven background in quantity surveyingExcellent commercial and contractual knowledgeStrong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skillsComfortable working independently with a high level of personal accountabilityWilling to travel regularly with overnight staysFull UK driving licence and access to a carWhat We Offer
