About The Role OTE: £93,000+ (Uncapped Commission, Real-life examples of overachieving) Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday Location: Horsham, West Sussex (Hybrid Roles Available) Due to a rapid rate of growth, supported by a number of acquisitions, the Global 4 account management division is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager, which presents a fantastic opportunity to join this high-performing division. The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional service to our clients, while penetrating accounts for renewals of services and cross selling our full suite of services. They will be a hosted telephone and connectivity expert, with the tools to cross-sell IT support, Mobiles, Utilities and Security services, supporting their customers housing their key business services under one Global 4 roof. What will you be doing? Onboard, grow and develop acquired Enterprise clients through building and delivering strategic account engagement plans. Cross-sell and introduce additional services and new platforms to our existing customers, through our multi-service discount proposal. Support our clients to evolve their technology, from Cloud Telephony to IT Managed Services, to Mobiles and Utilities. Managing your base of accounts like your own business, with a focus on retaining our customers through building fantastic relationships.
