Frontier Consulting are assisting a national residential provider to recruit a Team Leader with either Residential or Supported Living experience to join their team. This homeservice is located in a lovely residential area of the city called St Peters, and will support 4 Young Adults moving from residential college to their first home in the local community. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Team Leader to oversee supported living homes dedicated to young adults. In this vital role, you will lead a team of dedicated care professionals, ensuring that residents receive high-quality support tailored to their individual needs. Your leadership will foster a safe, respectful, and empowering environment where young adults can thrive and develop independence.
