Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to specification.Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects efficiently and collaboratively.Ensure all works comply with health and safety legislation, company procedures and method statementsMonitor progress against the programme, resolving issues and escalating risks where required.Carry out site inspections, briefings and toolbox talks, maintaining accurate site records and reportsWhat you''ll need to succeedSSSTS or SMSTS qualificationCSCS card (Supervisor level or above)Proven experience supervising civil construction works (highways, utilities, or infrastructure preferred)Strong understanding of ..... full job details .....
