to join our teamThe RoleThe ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both traditional and modern techniques and a strong commitment to quality and consistency. They take pride in their craft and work hard to maintain high standards every step of the way.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and cooking dishes following recipes and menu standards to ensure quality and consistency.Support daily kitchen operations, including cleanliness, organization, and stock management.Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as directed.Help set up and break down kitchen workstations and equipment.Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.Participate in training to develop culinary skills and kitchen knowledge.Work efficiently during service to ensure timely, accurate food preparation.Assist with daily specials and plating as needed.Contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen by supporting the team with various tasks.Job Requirements :At Least a year of experience within the Kitchen DepartmentBasic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean workspace.Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Team player with good communication skills.Why Join Us?At Lifestyle Group, we offer a supportive and engaging work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
