Finance Coordinator

As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of high volume transactional finance activities including invoice processing, reconciliations, and supporting with month and year end duties.Client DetailsMy client are a Newcastle based Housing Association. The company is known for its focus on delivering efficient and reliable services, supported by a dedicated and professional team.DescriptionAssist with the preparation and processing of financial transactions and reports.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Support month-end and year-end financial processes.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team.Assist in budget monitoring and cost control activities.Respond to finance-related queries from stakeholders.ProfileThe successful candidate will have:Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Previous experience in the property industry or a similar role is advantageous.Job OfferFull time role + FTC ongoing until March 2026 with a strong likelihood of being made permanent + Paying 27,874 + 25 days leave plus bank holidays + ..... full job details .....
