An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join our team to help within our grounds maintenance department, to help maintain our premium domestic clients'' gardens. Some soft landscaping skills would also be an advantage. Grounds Maintenance Operative Key Responsibilities: General garden maintenance including mowing, strimming, hedge trimming, weeding, and pruning Operating and maintaining garden machinery and tools (e.g., mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers) Carrying out seasonal tasks such as lawn care, leaf clearing, mulching and planting. Ensuring health and safety is followed at all times Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. Working as part of a team to complete daily schedules. Performing basic maintenance on tools and reporting defects. Grounds Maintenance Operative ideal candidate must: Have previous horticultural experience. Have a keen interest in developing within the industry. Be customer focused work well in a team Be presentable and have a great attitude and excellent communication skills.
