Prepare accurate estimates from drawings/CADPrice projects including worktops, bathrooms, vanities and bespoke stoneworkManage take-offs, procurement, and tender submissionsBuild strong relationships with suppliers and clientsUse estimating software (CostX, Bluebeam or similar)Qualifications

Proven experience in estimating (stonework, interiors, joinery, or construction)Strong knowledge of stone, quartz and solid surfacesConfident with CAD and estimating softwareExcellent negotiation and attention to detailPackage
