They will be skilled at building customer relationships and becoming their trusted technical advisor. They will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and managing a small but growing team of Solutions engineers in Europe. This role will contribute to the direction of the product by gathering information from customers to make the product more developer-friendly and meet the needs of their business. The role will be part of the Dolby Cloud Business group GTM team.Responsibilities:Hiring, mentoring and managing a team of Solution ArchitectsOperating as both a manager and as a Solutions Architectdirectwith our top customersRepresenting our product capabilities to our customer prospectsCreate and showcase demos to prospectivecustomersUnderstanding and documenting customer needsDeveloping solutions with our customersWorking with customers to build proof of concepts of solutions and then working with them when they deploy those solutionsCollect requirements for new features and champion them internally throughout the design and implementation process.Required Skills:Bachelor''s or Master''s Degree.5+ Years of Experience.Experience running a Solutions Engineering teamKnowledge and experience in cloud architectures. Demonstratable understanding of how people build services.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.Strong presentation, communication,organization, and time management skills.Highly desirableWebRTC and/or Media Over QUIC experience
