Role Description This role involves fabric cutting in a manufacturing environment, producing accurately cut components for a range of seating products. The successful candidate will work from job sheets and patterns to support sewing and assembly operations while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safe working practices. ey Responsibilities Cutting seat and back components for operator, task, reception, booth, and conference seating Working from job sheets to ensure correct fabrics and patterns are used at all times Positioning patterns efficiently to achieve correct meterage and minimise material waste Clearly marking cut fabric to support accurate sewing and assembly Producing sufficient cut fabric to keep sewing operations running smoothly Maintaining safe use of cutting knives and scissors and reporting any safety concerns Following health and safety procedures within a manufacturing environment Role Details Day shift position 45-hour working week Key Skills and Experience Previous experience in fabric cutting is essential Experience adjusting patterns or basic pattern making would be an advantage Some sewing experience is helpful but not essential A flexible and positive attitude towards work Good communication skills with a team-focused approach ..... full job details .....
