Internal Sales Executive
The Internal Sales Executive serves as a vital link between the marketing and sales teams at Switch2, fostering collaboration to drive lead generation and unlock new business opportunities. This dynamic role focuses on qualifying leads, managing CRM systems, supporting the business development function, and contributing to marketing efforts - all with the goal of increasing sales and customer engagement. Core ResponsibilitiesLead and Opportunity ManagementQualify marketing-generated leads across multiple channels (e.g. HubSpot, website, events)Collaborate with Marketing to shape and execute targeted sales strategiesManage and delegate inbound enquiries via the sales inboxIdentify and nurture opportunities using digital assetsEnsure qualified leads are accurately entered into the CRM CRM and Data ManagementMaintain, cleanse, and optimise CRM data for reporting, campaigns, and prospectingProvide comprehensive reports to the Head of Business Development, including: Lead-to-order conversion ratesValue and volume of new quotesOpportunities won from active pipelinesAnalysis of lost opportunities and root causes Business Development SupportManage the BDM asset library (e.g. marketing collateral, templates)Prepare sales quotes, track progress, and analyse win/loss outcomesAnswer and appropriately redirect inbound callsSupport BDMs with up-to-date project-specific sales and marketing resources Event CoordinationAssist with the planning and follow-up of industry eventsRepresent ..... full job details .....
