We''re seeking a

Front Desk Manager

to take ownership of guest services at one of London''s most prestigious corporate destinations. This is a highly visible role, perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, front-of-house setting and knows how to set the tone for exceptional service.

If you''re a natural people-person with the presence, energy, and professionalism to inspire your team and delight guests, this is your opportunity to shine.

The RoleAs the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees, you''ll be responsible for delivering an unforgettable welcome and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Your focus will be on

leading by example -working alongside your team on the desk, coaching them daily, and maintaining impeccable service standards.

You''ll also:Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Identify opportunities to enhance the guest journey and operational efficiency

Motivate and develop your team to consistently exceed expectations

Uphold the prestige and reputation of the client brand at every interaction

About YouProven experience in front-of-house or guest services leadership (corporate, hospitality, or luxury environment)

Exceptional people skills with a coaching-led leadership style

Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail

Resilient, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve service delivery
