We are seeking a highly motivated Service Support Manager – South with a strong background in forklifts, HGVs, plant, or similar service sectors. If you''re passionate about standards, people, and service efficiency, we want to hear from you.

• Champion Health & Safety, Calibration, and compliance across all Southern UK service locations.

• Conduct monthly compliance meetings and audits in collaboration with local service managers.

• Track and maintain accurate compliance records, KPIs, and project documentation.

• Support engineers and managers with systems such as Praxedo, SharePoint, and service-specific platforms.

• Coordinate infrastructure support, new starter inductions, and ongoing process improvements.

• Monitor and resolve non-compliances within agreed timeframes.

• Proven experience in a technical service environment – ideally in HGV, plant, forklift, or related industries.

• Excellent coordination, organisation, and communication skills.

• Comfortable using digital tools and performance data to drive outcomes.

• Willingness to travel regularly across the South of the UK.

• A reasonably clean UK driving licence is essential.

• IOSH Managing Safely or other Health & Safety certification is highly desirable.
