They are currently recruiting a large loss senior associate to join either their Manchester or Birmingham office on a hybrid basis. Applicants must have 6+ years PQE in defendant personal injury with large loss experience. You can expect a very competitive salary and hybrid working structure.Your new roleThis Large Loss Senior Associate role will see you: Manage a diverse caseload of complex liability and injury claims, including multi-track and large loss matters.Handle both pre-litigation and litigated files, up to a high multi-track level.Advise on employers'' liability (EL), public liability (PL), motor, product liability, and defective premises/property claims.Liaise with a range of clients, including insurers, public sector clients, local authorities, restaurants, retails and clients in the leisure industry.Supervision of junior team members where required. Conduct thorough investigations and provide strategic advice to clients.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in assessing liability and quantum.Maintain and develop client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service delivery.Collaborate with colleagues across national and international offices on cross-border quantum investigations.Apply knowledge of policy coverage where required.
