Internal Sales Account Manager
Location: Blackwood, South Wales
Salary: -27,000 per annum + Quarterly Company Performance Bonus
Hours: 39 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Start: ASAP
Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Internal Sales Account Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Blackwood.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with existing customers, acting as a key point of contact.
Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in line with agreed service levels.
Identify opportunities to increase sales, develop existing accounts and maximise profitability.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales information using Sage 200 and CRM systems.
Monitor account performance, prepare reports and provide regular customer updates.
Attend customer meetings and conference calls, resolving queries promptly and professionally.
Work towards agreed sales targets, margins and customer service KPIs.
What We''re Looking For
Previous experience in internal sales, account management, sales coordination or a similar role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of sales margins.
A proactive, confident and solutions-focused approach.
Good IT skills, with experience using CRM or sales order processing systems.
Experience using Sage 200 would be advantageous.
A positive, professional and results-driven attitude.
