Senior People and Culture Business Partner – LondonOur client, a leading investment firm with a sustainable and long-term investment focus, is looking to hire a Senior People and Culture Business Partner to contribute to delivering its people strategy. You will work within a collaborative HR team with input into shaping the employee experience and supporting the firm’s long-term business goals.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities

This is a true end-to-end business partnering role. The successful candidate will advise leaders on organizational design, change management, succession planning, DEI, and talent development, while also guiding on employee relations and reward.

With an increased focus on learning and development, this role will help drive initiatives that build future capability.

You will have the opportunity to partner directly with senior leaders and make a tangible impact.

The role is ideally suited to a seasoned HR professional with strong generalist expertise from a financial or professional services environment and the ability to challenge, influence, and coach senior stakeholders.
