We''re looking for an experienced and motivated Employer Relationship Manager to work with businesses across Greater Manchester, helping them fill vacancies while creating meaningful employment opportunities for young people. This role forms part of the Government''s Youth Guarantee programme, providing fully funded, six-month paid jobs for young people aged 18-21 who have been unemployed for an extended period. You''ll play a key role in building employer partnerships, generating vacancies and supporting young people into sustainable employment.
