This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to work within a complex and high-performing engineering environment, supporting the delivery of reactive maintenance, remedial works and engineering improvements across a wide range of mechanical and HVAC systems. As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with effective team leadership. As our Lead Mechanical Engineer, your key responsibilities will include: Lead and develop a team of mechanical engineers, providing day-to-day supervision, support and direction while managing performance, attendance, training, development and other people-related activities. Plan and deliver reactive maintenance and remedial works across HVAC, heating, ventilation, pumps, water tanks, valves, pipework and associated mechanical systems, responding quickly to minimise downtime.
