Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Uppingham area for a Sous Chef to work in their busy Hotel Restaurant and Bar. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the recentley appointed Head Chef in serving fresh food for the guests in the fine dining restaurant, bar and functions/celebrations. The Head Chef is looking for a strong no2 who can lead the brigade in his absence.Salary and BenefitsSalary £34-36kUniform, Meals45 hour week28 days holidayCareer DevelopmentThe RoleReporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefsWorking in the hotel kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredientsPreparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service and weddings/celebrationsStrong Management skills

The PersonYou will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Junior Sous wanting to move upAble to work unsupervised and develop junior team membersHave experience of working in a busy AA rosette standard KitchensPositive Personality and pro active work skills
