This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic security policy and operational delivery within a respected public facing organisation in Leeds.Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the delivery of security operations of a large commercial estateProvide specialist advice on security risk management and complianceLead on incident management planning and responseBuild strong relationships with emergency services and sector networksMonitor and manage security contracts and supplier performanceDevelop and deliver security awareness training for staff and contractorsEnsure compliance with SIA, NPSA, and relevant legislationProduce detailed reports and risk assessments for senior leadership The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in a senior security role, ideally in a public or cultural settingStrong knowledge of security systems, risk management, and complianceConfident working with external stakeholders, emergency services, and internal teamsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage projects, budgets, and team rotas effectivelySIA licence and knowledge of security standards desirable Role package and details; Salary of £38,000 36 hour weekPermanent contract Mon - Fri, but flexibility needed to work occasional bank holidays, evenings and weekends.Static site ..... full job details .....
