You will be leading the Hillingdon Team. This role is not formally hybrid, however, there may be occasional opportunities to work from home on a non-contractual basis, depending on business needs and diary commitments. Your week might include:Monthly supervisions, quarterly reviews and community observationsWorking closely with NHS partners, Jobcentre Plus and local community groupsHelping your team build strong relationships with local employersMaking sure employment and health plans are joined up and alignedReviewing the service regularly against IPS fidelity standards to keep quality highWe''re recruiting for a Team Leader covering the Hillingdon Borough.
