What You''ll Bring Level 3 CCLD qualification (or equivalent) or above.Experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years.At least 2 years'' Nursery Management experience, ideally including Ofsted inspections.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.Excellent organisational, delegation and time management skills.Enhanced DBS check.
