An established and highly regarded accountancy practice is looking to appoint an experienced Client Manager to take ownership of a varied and interesting client portfolio. Reporting directly to a Partner, this is a highly autonomous, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, trusted relationships and end-to-end service delivery. Key responsibilities include:Managing a personal portfolio of clients including self-employed professionals, limited companies and partnershipsActing as the main point of contact for clients, providing a high standard of ongoing advice and supportPreparation and review of annual accountsCompletion of self-assessment tax returnsPreparation of corporation tax and partnership tax returnsInvolvement with Trusts and preparation of Trust Tax returns (desirable but not essential)Working closely with Partners while maintaining a high level of independence The successful candidate will be confident managing their own workload and portfolio, with strong technical ability and excellent communication skills.
