Field Operations Manager - Building ServicesLocation: Surrey, VariousJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to £51,515.10 per annum, plus vehicle allowancesWe are seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee and direct all works carried out by the resources allocated on a contract. This role involves managing service levels, quality, cost control, and ensuring timely completion to meet schedules for incentive payments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in KandB and adaptations, and will handle operational, financial, contractual, health and safety, and HR matters, with support from the Regional Head of Operations.Day-to-Day of the Role:Manage, plan, organize, and coordinate work orders within prescribed timescales.Direct in-house and agency operatives as well as subcontractors to ensure maximum productivity, customer satisfaction, quality, and completeness of works.Administer incentive schemes and ensure all operational procedures are followed.Present operational unit aspects such as service delivery and KPIs to the Regional Head of Operations during monthly/weekly meetings.Monitor contract performance, producing detailed analysis and implementing improvement plans.Manage recruitment processes, performance appraisals, and development of staff within your business unit.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and lead by example to promote a safety culture.Required Skills and Qualifications:City and Guilds/time served tradesperson with a minimum of 5 years ..... full job details .....
