Senior Quantity Surveyor - Sizewell C

Daily Responsibilities:
- Taking full commercial ownership of key Sizewell C accounts from award through to final account
- Administering NEC3 and NEC4 contracts across multiple work packages
- Managing CVRs, cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow performance
- Leading valuations, payment applications and commercial negotiations
- Preparing and agreeing compensation events, variations, remeasures and extensions of time
- Providing contractual advice to project and operational teams
- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities and implementing mitigation strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, alliance partners and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline (mandatory)
- Minimum 5-8 years'' Quantity Surveying experience within construction, civil engineering, geotechnical or specialist subcontracting sectors
- Minimum 5 years'' post-qualification experience administering NEC3/4 contracts, including Options A, B, C and E
- At least 3 years'' experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, report-writing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain BPSS/SC security clearance for the Sizewell C project
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel regularly to site
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience using commercial management platforms such as CEMAR, Oracle Unifier or FastDraft would be advantageous
