Bachelor''s degree or higher in an Engineering discipline.Extensive automotive design experience, ideally in F1.Knowledge of metallic materials and treatments.Basic understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes.Proficient in tools such as CATIA, Siemens NX, or similar.Ability to thoroughly scope new tasks.Strong communication skills.Initiative and innovative mindset.Collaborative work ethic with team, suppliers, and colleagues.Fluency in English.
