Group Quality Manager

We re looking for our new Group Quality Manager. In this position, you will have autonomy to drive and shape a global quality function, making a tangible impact. This role will have you managing a small international team whilst working internationally with our offices in USA, China, Ireland and our new office in South Africa. You ll be responsible for maintaining Expo Group s accreditations, leading audits, improving systems, resolving non-conformances, and reducing the overall cost of quality. Key Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining accreditation to ISO9001 internationally. Responsible for maintaining accreditation to IEC (phone number removed), across all Expo Technologies sites. Maintaining and enhancing existing quality procedures to ensure they meet current safety, legal and other national or international requirements. Overall responsibility for scheduling and controlling Internal Quality Audits. To conduct Internal Quality Audits as required. Be the primary point of contact for external auditors and inspection bodies carrying out audits in the UK and provide remote support for external audits at all other group sites. Timely and regular recording and management of quality issues in the Quality Management System. Record and report all Quality metrics and KPIs. Deliver Improvement Reports, non-conformance, corrective and preventative actions, quality costs, and report these findings to management and into the Management Review.
