Conveyancing Solicitor

to join their experienced and friendly property team.This role is ideally suited to a recently qualified solicitor or someone with up to 3 years’ post-qualification experience looking to build their career in a busy, supportive environment with a consistent flow of residential property work.The Role

You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Work will include:Sales and purchases

Remortgages

Transfers of equity

New build transactions

Land Registry and title work

You’ll be joining a close-knit team with a strong support structure, where your contribution will be valued, and client care is at the heart of everything they do.The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or due to qualify shortly)

0-3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing (experience during training also considered)

Strong organisational and file management skills

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-first approach

Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team
