Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to take full responsibility for the safe and efficient delivery of works on site in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (EHandS) standards under CDM regulations, while maintaining programme, quality, and stakeholder coordination. This role requires strong leadership capability and demonstrable experience across civils, electrical, and structural construction environments.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth, Safety and ComplianceManage daily EHandS activities in accordance with CDM regulationsReview, approve, and supervise all issued RAMSControl Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) proceduresManage and administer the Permit to Work systemConduct weekly EHS site walks and produce reportsDeliver toolbox talks and ensure site safety briefings are completedMaintain and control the Temporary Works registerSite and Contractor ManagementProvide daily onsite leadership and supervisionCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and client representativesConduct Siemens inductions for all contractorsReview and record contractor training and competency documentationManage contractor sign-in and sign-out proceduresProgramme and ReportingManage and monitor the project programme onsiteProvide regular updates to the Siemens Project ManagerMaintain a daily Site Manager diaryProduce weekly Site Manager progress reportsMaintain and update the ..... full job details .....
