Finance Manager Coventry (Hybrid) Full time, Perm 35,000 - 38,000 We are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic local organisation with its search for a Finance Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will need to have experience delivering on financial accounts and being to cross collaborate with the wider organisation. Responsibilities: Collaborating effectively with colleagues across the organisation, delivering timely, accurate, and relevant information to support the financial planning and performance Overseeing the month-end processes, including reviewing and posting journals, managing the purchase and sales ledgers, making adjustments, and conducting balance sheet reconciliations. Collaborating with the team to prepare the monthly management accounts pack, including the PandL, cash flow statement, balance sheet, and other management reports. Partnering with budget holders throughout the budgeting and reforecasting process, ensuring adherence to an agreed timetable. Assisting in the execution of daily financial operations and processes, including the management of payroll.
