Earthworks Foreman

An established civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Earthworks Foreman for a major infrastructure project in Aberdeenshire.

This is an immediate start with long-term opportunities available for the right person.

The role

You''ll be responsible for leading the earthworks package, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

Typical duties include:

• Managing bulk earthworks, cut and fill operations
• Overseeing muck shifting, drainage and access roads
• Coordinating plant, labour and subcontractors
• Driving health & safety, quality and programme
• Working closely with the Site Management team

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Earthworks Foreman or General Foreman
• Strong background in bulk earthworks and heavy civils
• Experience on infrastructure, renewables or substation projects preferred
• SMSTS essential
• Temporary Works and Crane Supervisor tickets advantageous
