As an Aftersales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the ownership of their machinery. Working closely with customers, Service Managers and Parts teams, you will help ensure they receive a first-class aftersales experience while identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement and drive business growth.You will take a proactive approach to customer care, using telematics, fleet data and CRM systems to anticipate customer requirements, identify service opportunities and develop targeted aftersales solutions.Key responsibilities include:Managing and developing customer accounts.Identifying service and sales opportunities.Working with Parts and Service Managers to develop targeted service and parts programmes.Promoting fixed-price servicing, repairs and maintenance packages.Building strong customer relationships and supporting aftersales growth.The ideal candidate will have:Experience in agricultural machinery, automotive, plant or a similar industry.Strong knowledge of parts, servicing, warranties and aftersales products.Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.A proactive, commercially focused approach.Good IT/CRM skills and strong organisation.A full, clean UK driving licence. ..... full job details .....
