LEAD INFORMATION Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Co-ordinator Site Location: Wrexham Responsible To: Production Manager Purpose of the Role: To manage and coordinate maintenance personnel while ensuring site equipment and facilities operate safely, reliably and efficiently, minimising disruption and supporting business performance. Client Brief: Manufacturing business seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Co-ordinator to coordinate a small team of maintenance fitters and maintain site equipment and facilities, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance. KEY INFORMATION Reason for Vacancy: Retirement Contract: Permanent Salary: 43,622.28 per annum ( 21.51 per hour) Overtime: Available/required when necessary, paid at 1.5 times the normal rate Shifts: Monday to Thursday, days only RESPONSIBILITIES The Role Manage and coordinate maintenance personnel, including subcontractors. Complete planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and maintain relevant documentation. Maintain breakdown repair records. Manage inventory stock levels using usage analysis records. Coordinate prompt machinery breakdown repairs to minimise production disruption. Conduct regular building and machinery inspections and report concerns to the Production Manager. Operate manual machinery, including mills, lathes and grinders. Maintain tooling and jigs, including documentation and revision updates.
